This service is our signature offering and has developed over decades of working with some of Australia’s most well-known venues to become the perfect all-inclusive solution. MMD PRO is ideal for larger pubs and clubs with an annual revenue over 5 million.

PRO is a completely different service to ACTIVATE. Whilst activate is just that – marketing activation – PRO is a full-service marketing suite that considers brand positioning, strategic planning and promotions, events & campaigns; all of which instruct how we activate your marketing communications.

Once we gain a true understanding of the size and complexity of your service offering, we will formalise an agreed monthly retainer. Our goal has always been to make this fee comparable to the price you would expect to pay one highly experienced full time Marketing Manager, however you will receive the added benefit of a marketing consultant, social media manager, graphic designer, photographer and website designer all wrapped into that fee.

By hiring an Agency as opposed to an in-house team you are also saving on the additional on-costs associated with hiring, training and managing staff.

Anything that your venue is doing that needs to be promoted to your patrons can usually fit into what we call a “campaign”. Campaign activation involves all the elements of getting your message launched. This may include:

- Creating branded graphics to promote the event in lots of different sizes to suit all digital & print mediums

- Adding graphics and copy to your website

- Creating a Facebook event

- Creating posts for social media

- Creating reels and stories for Instagram and Facebook

- Getting your message exposure on your Google Business listing

- Delivering you assets to display on your in-venue screens

- Maximising any banner or signage opportunities in your venue

- Organising any additional agreed advertising like letterbox drops, promotional staff or paid ads

YES! Graphic design of all your marketing collateral, signage, menus, annual report and more is included in your monthly retainer.

Not really. PRO clients enjoy a much more proactive and inclusive service than our ACTIVATE clients. The only times where additional project fees may be quoted are when there are major changes to your business, such as renovations, rebrands or the additional of new large-scale service offerings.
